The project maintains a low building footprint of 20 percent, while 80 percent of the land is dedicated to landscapes, water features, and swimming pools. The buildings are designed with a modern architectural concept consisting of ground floor plus four floors and underground parking.

The project is designed in collaboration with international and regional consultants including WATG, OKOPLAN, and Architect Raef Fahmy.

Management and Operation

The residential serviced units are planned to be operated by Concorde El Salam Hotel under the supervision of PFM, providing a hospitality-based residential experience.

The project includes a clubhouse, swimming pools, landscaped water features, a British university, a medical complex, a commercial mall, and underground parking.

Unit Types

The project offers a range of unit types including one-bedroom apartments starting from 66 square meters, two-bedroom apartments starting from 124 square meters, and three-bedroom apartments starting from 151 square meters. All units are delivered fully finished.

Prices and Payment Plan

The average launch price starts from EGP 47,000 per square meter. Reservation deposit starts from EGP 25,000. The initial payment plan includes 10 percent down payment, 10 percent upon delivery, and installment plans up to 7 years.

Delivery

The project is scheduled for delivery within 3 years, with fully finished hotel-style finishing.

Construction Status

Construction is currently in progress, and the YORK Phase is under development.
